Consumer Withdrawal Information

This notice explains the 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance/off‑premises contracts under Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014 (II.26.): conditions, how to exercise it and its consequences.
1. 1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For services, the period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
If performance starts within the 14‑day period at the consumer’s express request, withdrawal may be exercised subject to paying a proportionate fee for the service already provided.
2. 2. Exceptions and limits
No right of withdrawal applies once the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right upon the start of performance.
This notice primarily concerns services; different rules may apply to goods.
3. 3. How to exercise
To exercise the right, send a clear statement by e‑mail or post to the Service Provider.

The deadline is met if the statement is sent on the last day of the period.
If performance has started, the consumer must pay the proportionate fee for services already provided.
4. 4. Refunds
Upon withdrawal, all payments received will be reimbursed no later than 14 days, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
If service performance has begun, reimbursement covers the amount less the proportionate fee for services already provided.
